Heather Kimmett is the Community Relations Representative for KeyBank in Idaho. In this position, Heather oversees KeyBank’s community support activities, charitable contributions and KeyBank Foundation grants in Idaho. Heather first joined the bank in 1998, working in many different positions. She graduated from Western Governor’s University in 2015 with a degree in Marketing. A member of the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters, the One Stone Advisory Committee, Boise Contributions Managers group and Boise Young Professionals, Heather is also active in numerous committees and volunteer activities. In her spare time, she enjoys exercise, reading and spending time with her husband and son.

The Leadership Boise President leads the overall vision and mission of Leadership Boise and Leadership Boise Academy. He or she sets the focus and goals for the year, participates on the Chamber Board of Directors and other Chamber boards and committees, promotes Leadership Boise and Leadership Boise Academy including speaking on their behalf to outside organizations, and leads the interview and selection process for applications.

Brett Lensing | Micron Technology

Originally from the Lake Tahoe area, Brett graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a degree in Psychology. He’s lived and worked over the last 20 years in Dallas, San Francisco, Rotterdam, and Boise managing large integration teams and projects. He’s worked at Micron for 6 years, where his roles have included managing acquisition projects, a group of senior project managers, and currently, a large multi-year initiative to enable transformation of Micron’s product lifecycle management process. Outside of work, he is active in Boise’s oldest investment club, president of Dynamic Toastmasters, and on the board of directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness. His interests include live comedy, gourmet cooking, astronomy and MMA.  He enjoys traveling and spending time with his immediate family, all of whom have relocated to Idaho communities.

The Leadership Boise Vice President leads and coordinates Leadership Boise. He or she leads and coordinates the 2nd-year planning teams and leads all Leadership Boise sessions and Leadership Boise/Leadership Boise Academy combined sessions.

Aaron Hegstrom | Bank of the Cascades

Aaron Hegstrom is an Idaho native, attending Centennial High School and Boise State University. He graduated from Boise State in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He has worked in banking for 14 years with many different roles including Teller, Branch Operations Manager, Treasury Officer, Assistant Controller, and currently as an Assistant Relationship Manager at the Bank of the Cascades. In his current role he helps tailor banking solutions for the bank’s commercial clients. Aaron is very involved with the Boy Scouts of America organization and spends at least one weekend a month camping with the young men he mentors. Aaron has served on the finance committee for Compass Public Charter School for the last two years. Some of Aaron’s other interest included; soccer, hiking, boating, swimming, white water rafting, paddleboarding, snowboarding, (being outdoors in Idaho) and most of all spending time with his wife, Jamie, of 13 years and their three kids.

The Leadership Boise Academy Vice President leads and coordinates the Leadership Boise Academy program for young adults. He or she leads the Leadership Boise Academy sessions.
